Elaine Rosenblum helps professionals at all levels to collaboratively articulate and negotiate in virtually any setting. Whether it be marketing, social media use, or everyday workplace interactions, the words that we choose as individuals contribute to our organization’s image. We’ll learn how to navigate more effective communication practices to build relationships and create a more inspired workplace.
With the right attitude and communication skills, we can confidently articulate our own values while still representing the values of our organizations – a necessary skill in our ever changing and diverse society.
Elaine will join a panel of experts in messaging and social media, facilitated by Neil Rubin, followed by break-out sessions to focus on effective and authentic communication in the workplace.
Teams from organizations will meet together after lunch to explore the values of their organization and determine next steps for bridging personal and organizational values, and ensure proper messaging of these values.
