 This year has swiftly transformed our lives and challenged our resilience, in previously incomprehensible ways.  As people and employees we find ourselves striving for balance in this “new normal.”  This program will introduce mindfulness as a tool to support you not just as a person, but as a manager, to thrive through (& beyond) this pandemic.  Join us in learning how to apply this practice to prevent burn out, optimize productivity, and enhance leadership performance – even during a pandemic! 

 Learning Objectives: 

  • Understanding the science behind mindfulness as a valuable business tool, and contemporary business theories that are informed by the science of mindfulness. 
  • Cultivate a mindfulness approach in managing both people and projects in the workplace 
  • To learn/practice practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your management style and routines.
