NEW THIS YEAR – This award recognizes a professional who supports their organization with Heart,
Excellence, Reliability and Optimism. The winner of this award has demonstrated their commitment to go above and beyond in their work to build relationships and ensure the essential success of their organization. Consider a person in your organization who goes unnoticed, unrecognized and is often taken for granted, yet without whom your organization could not function. This is not an award based on experience; it’s not for a new professional nor a seasoned professional. It’s for someone who is the backbone of your organization, who goes above and beyond their job role to care about the overall functioning of the organization and the people that surround them.

In nominating a colleague, consider their demonstration of the following criteria:
• Builds connections
• Committed to the mission of the organization
• Welcoming and engaging
• Open to new ideas
• Serves as ambassador for the organization
• Always helpful to others, a “yes” person

The nominee must currently be employed in a Jewish organization in the Greater Baltimore community at least 20 hours per week at the time of nomination.
