This series is a Melton curriculum and was produced in conjunction with the Jewish Federations of North America’s Yesod Program, specifically for Jewish organizational leaders. The workshop curriculum is written by Dr. Erica Brown and taught by Rabbi Larry Ziffer.
This program is open to all professionals and lay leaders in the Baltimore Jewish Community. While not a requirement, we recommend that leaders sign-up as lay-pro pairs.
Jewish Leadership 2.0 is a leadership development program for lay and professional communal leaders. This program will impart the knowledge and skills lay leaders and their professional partners need for effective leadership through Judaic text study, leadership theory, business skills and experiential applications.
