DFI’s workshops for both professionals and lay leaders, encompass a plethora of topics and are guided by Jewish values, leadership competencies and the 2010 Baltimore Jewish Community Study. The goal is to provide the Baltimore Jewish community leadership, support and encouragement through board trainings, skill based workshops, and programs.
